Tuesday Mornings: 11th November 2014 – 10.30 to 12 am
Thursday evenings : 13th November 2014 – 7 to 8.30 pm
This course offers an introduction mindfulness meditation practices, the opportunity to begin experiencing the benefits straight away, and to integrate mindfulness into every day life.
Suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience.
The course consists in 4 classes of 1.5 hours, during which there will be guided meditation practices, short talks and a time for questions and sharing.
