Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Try a web search for  MBSR,  Mindfulness  or stress reduction and in less than a minute you’ll get over 240000 results…  

And if you have already done that you may probably already know that the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is a 8 week program established in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre, and that this program teaches mindfulness as a skill to deal with the stress, pain, and difficulties that are a normal part of daily life.

On the 23rd of January  at 8 pm  I will hold an introduction to MBSR session in Clonakilty, in O’Donovans Hotel, during which, after a short mindfulness practice, I will try to answer all your questions about the course.

The next course will start the following week, on the 30th of January.
